Join us!  Become a member of an organization that firmly believes in the value, potential, and abilities of people who are blind.  Help defray the costs of our on-going efforts, and take advantage of the benefits that membership in ICUB brings:

There are several options to pay the above dues.

  1. Pay by check: Make check payable to Iowa Council of the United Blind and send to 1402 Brentwood Terrace, Marshalltown, IA 50158.

  2. Pay Online: To pay online, please use the Paypal Donate Button at the bottom of this form. After clicking the donate button, a window will appear where you will find a button to pay with a Paypal account, and below that, a button to pay with a credit card or debit card. Please add a $1 administrative fee to your total when paying online.
