Informational Call Tonight: ACB Leadership Conference

We invite you to join us for an informational conference call tonight at 7 PM to learn more about the American Council of the Blind’s annual midyear meeting and legislative conference. During this call, we’ll share details about scholarships, answer questions, and discuss what to expect during the event.

The American Council of the Blind’s annual midyear meeting and legislative conference will take place from Tuesday, March 11, to Tuesday, March 18, 2025. The first half of the conference will be held virtually, while the second half will take place in Alexandria, Virginia, from March 14 to March 18.

The Des Moines Chapter of the Iowa Council of the United Blind is pleased to offer up to nine $800.00 scholarships to those who meet eligibility requirements and wish to attend the second part of the conference in person.
