Volunteers Needed for Usability Study

The Iowa Council of the United Blind (ICUB) is seeking participants to join our members in an important ISU research study on the usability of voting machines.

Participation involves submitting a sample ballot and sharing your experience. The session will take approximately 30 minutes. To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and eligible to vote in the United States.

The study will take place May 12 from 2:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M. in the Assembly Room, Iowa Department for the Blind. No registration is required to participate.

After participating in the study, we invite you to stick around for refreshments at 5:00 P.M., followed by the Des Moines chapter meeting at 5:30 P.M. Our speaker this month will be Dr. Dennis Goldford.

For more details, contact Lori Trujillo Roush at 515-402-3508 or Cody Dolinsek at 515-418-1143.

We look forward to seeing you Monday afternoon!
